Submitting an inquiry or estimate request does not by itself create a service contract or require us to accept or perform a project.

Estimates and Project Scope

Estimates may be based on information, descriptions, photographs, measurements, property conditions, requested services, and other information available when the estimate is prepared.

Pricing or scope may change when additional conditions are discovered, the requested work changes, materials change, or additional work is requested or required.

Project-specific estimates, proposals, work authorizations, invoices, or written agreements may contain additional terms that apply to the specific work.

Scheduling and Availability

Scheduling depends on project requirements, urgency, availability, materials, property access, weather, and other circumstances.

Scheduling and estimated completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a written project agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and property information
• Providing truthful project information
• Providing reasonable property access
• Informing us of known hazards or property conditions
• Obtaining appropriate owner or occupant permission
• Reviewing and authorizing requested project changes
• Paying authorized project charges according to applicable agreements

SMS Messaging Program Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS communications from Property Maintenance Professionals, we may send text messages related to your relationship with our business.
